Three Maine banks — Norway Savings Bank, Camden National Bank and Bangor Savings Bank — announced significant personnel moves in the past week. Carter Lessard has been promoted to branch manager and mortgage loan officer of the Norway Savings Bank Windham office. Lessard joined Norway Savings in 2018 and has eight years of banking experience. "I'm excited to join the Windham team and I look forward to building relationships with the community members to help them reach their financial goals," said Lessard.
