This is the ONLY optometry office I have ever been to in my 20 years of wearing contact lenses who refuses to release your contact lens prescription to you until you come back in for a followup exam, even after I told them repeatedly that the trial pair they provided to me at the time of my exam have been working great with no problems and after I ALREADY PAID for the contact lens exam, and now they want me to pay again to go in for a second, completely unnecessary exam just to have my prescription released to me??? I don't think so!!!! They are now being reported to the Maine Department of Professional Licensing and I will NEVER go there again and will advise everyone I know to do the same! This place is a total ripoff!
